1. About This Offer

These terms apply to new Small Voyage email subscribers who receive a promo code through the newsletter signup form on the Small Voyage website.

Each subscriber is issued one promo code. The code is emailed to the address used at signup, is single-use, and remains valid until the expiry date shown in that email.

2. Discount Tiers

The discount depends on the published per-traveler base price of the tour at the time of booking, in USD, before any add-ons such as flights, travel insurance, room upgrades or single-supplement surcharges.

  • Tours priced from USD $500 to USD $999.99: USD $50 off.
  • Tours priced from USD $1,000 and above: USD $100 off.

A tour priced at exactly USD $500 falls in the lower tier. A tour priced at exactly USD $1,000 falls in the upper tier.

3. What's Excluded

  • Daily tours — single-day experiences priced individually rather than as part of a multi-day itinerary.
  • Tours priced below USD $500: the promo cannot be used.

4. How to Redeem

  • Quote your promo code when you enquire or book, by email or via the contact form.
  • The Small Voyage team confirms which tier applies based on your chosen tour's published base price, and confirms the discount before any payment is taken.
  • The code is single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Validity

Each code is valid until the expiry date shown in the promo email. Small Voyage may modify or withdraw the offer at any time. Bookings already confirmed at a discount remain honoured at that discount.

6. Other Conditions

  • One promo code per subscriber.
  • The promo cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless Small Voyage says otherwise in writing.
  • Bookings remain subject to the Small Voyage Booking Terms & Conditions.
  • Small Voyage's standard Privacy Policy applies to any personal information collected in connection with the offer.

7. Changes to These Terms

Small Voyage may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one posted on this page.
