We cap every group at eight travellers, every departure on the calendar is guaranteed to run, and our guides are career locals who live in the regions they lead. Routes are built hotel by hotel and stop by stop, and our tour list stays short on purpose. Read our guarantee.

Yes. Once a departure is on the calendar it runs — we never cancel a trip for want of a minimum number of bookings, so you can book flights and leave around it. What can change is the shape of a day: if a site changes its hours or the weather turns, your guide reorders the day or swaps in a stop of the same weight.

Never more than eight — about a third of what the industry calls a small group. Some departures run with just two travellers and a guide; the trip and the price stay the same either way.

Every trip page lists what its price covers, day by day: the hotels, the meals included on each day and the activities. The same guide stays with you from the first morning to the last day. Prices are per person sharing a twin room; a room of your own costs a single supplement. Optional activities are priced separately and can be added when you book or later from your booking.

Three, chosen when you book: pay in full; pay a USD 99 deposit and the balance 7 days before departure; or place your booking on hold for up to 5 days free of charge while you sort out your travel details, then pay the deposit to secure it. Holds are offered until 10 days before departure, and closer to the date the full price is paid at once.

60 days or more before departure, cancelling is free; 30–59 days before departure, cancelling is a 50% fee. Inside 30 days a booking can no longer be cancelled online — contact us and we will do our best to help. You can request a cancellation from Manage booking in your account; we confirm it and any refund with you personally, usually within one working day.

It depends on your nationality. Many visitors are visa-exempt or can apply for an e-Visa online before they fly — the only reliable source is the official one, evisa.gov.tr, together with your own foreign ministry's travel advice. Check your passport's validity too, and please carry travel insurance covering medical care.

Flights are not part of the trip price, so you are free to book the airline and fare that suits you. Send us your flight times once you have them and we will help you plan your arrival and departure, including an airport transfer.
